We can’t undo agriculture, and we probably wouldn’t want to — it made the world we live in possible. But we can rethink how we farm and how we eat.
For me, being vegetarian, it’s clear that plant-based diets are a big part of the future, since they meet our needs with far less environmental impact. Alongside that, working more with nature — restoring soils, protecting biodiversity, reducing waste, and supporting regenerative and small-scale systems — feels like a more caring and balanced way forward.
It’s about choosing what’s best for everyone, especially our Mother Earth.
