In Finland - Educational policy is a central tool for social policy. 

Policy is to public activities organised by political actors and authorities. Education, in turn, refers to how society conceives the way to organise learning. Educational policy refers to the will society expresses for education. The concept of education policy is considered more precisely in the following video.

Mission of education

The Finnish mission of education follows the global educational missions. With education, we try to advance goals we consider valuable as well as to diminish and eradicate things we regard harmful. We just localise the global goals to meet the Finnish context, and its values, and aspirations.
