This text makes me pause and really notice how deeply my well-being depends on nature, often in ways I take for granted. Clean air, water, food, and even a sense of calm and inspiration arise from healthy natural systems. When nature is harmed, the effects are not distant or abstract — they quietly shape how we live, feel, and relate to the world.

Because of this, I see nature as the priority, deserving of full respect and care, not only for what it gives us but for its own value. Responsibility for maintaining these benefits cannot rest on individuals alone. It lies especially with those who shape decisions, systems, and patterns of consumption. At the same time, choosing to relate to nature with attention, gratitude, and love feels like a simple but essential beginning.
